Bookings
All bookings taken are subject to availability. Once a booking has been made, you are entering into a verbal contract with Car Back Limited. Failure to complete this contract by not being ready to leave at your agreed booking time will incur a waiting charge of £3 per 5 minutes. Failing to appear at all, will incur a fee charge of at least £10.

Car Back Limited will not be held responsible for any delays in our drivers arriving at the agreed booking time due to unforseen circumstances or a previous journey taking longer than expected.

Conditions
It is the responsibilty of the customer to make sure their vehicle is in a fit condition to be on a public highway, and that there is enough fuel in the vehicle to complete the journey.

Car Back Limited and its drivers reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any journey without giving any reason as to why. Any customer making threats, physical or verbal will be reported to the Police.
